Delhi – Mandawa – Bikaner – Jaisalmer – Jodhpur – Udaipur – Amjer/Pushkar – Jaipur – Agra – Delhi.
Day 01: You will be received by representative of Nekor, and will assist you to your hotel. Afternoon a short local sight seeing in and around Delhi.
Day 02: After breakfast, drive towards Mandawa. In the heart of the Shekhawati region of Rajasthan lays the beautiful small town Mandawa, known throughout the state for its forts and havelis.
Day 03: Morning drive towards Bikaner. Lying in the north of the desert state, the city is dotted with scores of sand dunes. Bikaner retains the medieval grandeur that permeates the city’s lifestyle.
Day 04: This day we drive towards Jaisalmer. Unlike any other city, this desert fortress is one of Rajasthan’s most exotic and unusual towns. Jaisalmer, an important ancient trading centre because of its strategic location on the camel trade routes, is often described as the ‘golden city’.
Day 05: Local City Sight Seeing
Day 06: After breakfast, drive towards Jodhpur. Located on the foothill of a sandstone hillock, the city of Jodhpur seems like an oasis in the vast desert. Jodhpur is one of the favorite tourist destinations in Rajasthan.
Day 07: Local City Sight Seeing
Day 08: Morning drive towards Udaipur. Udaipur is known as the Venice of the east. It is also called the city of lakes. The Lake Palace on Jag Niwas Island in the middle of Pichola Lakes is the finest example of its architectural and cultural explosion.
Day 09: Local City Sight Seing.
Day 10: After breakfast, drive towards Pushkar. Historically, Pushkar always had great strategic importance and was sacked by Mahumud of Ghazni on one of his periodic forays from Afghanistan. Later it became a favorite residence of the great Moghula. One of the first contacts between the Moghula and the British occurred in Pushkar when Sir Thomas Roe met with Jahangir here in 1616.
Day 11: Morning drive towards Jaipur. It a bustling capital city and a business centre with all the trapping of modern metropolis but yet flavoured strongly with an age-old charm that never fails to surprise a traveller. The old Jaipur painted in Pink can grip any visitor with admiration. Stunning backdrop of ancient forts Nahargarh, Amer, Jagarh and Moti Dungri are dramatic testimonials of the bygone era and a reminder of their lingering romance.
Day 12: Local Sight Seeing.
Day 13: This day we drive towards Agra, Via Fathepur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri is one of the finest examples of Mughal architectural splendour at its height. Though the city is in ruins, it is a place to visit if one comes to Agra.But in real terms Fatehpur Sikri is a place where one should spend some time. The sunset over the ruins is sight to cherish.
Day 14: Local City Sight Seeing.
Day 15: Drive towards Delhi for onward flight.
